Written solely for Cello and effect, 'Exploration of the Deep' is just that; an expedition into the depth of the instrument using the sea and all it's mysteries as the sole inspiration.

I have always been inspired by the majesty and mystery of the sea. It's narrative is ever changing, it's colours, it's command are all in flux and so I decided to once again dive in and let the water take me to undiscovered shores.

Based upon improvisations and collections of compositions all written and produced by Barney Morse-Brown.
